Integrated Skills in English
Trinity's Integrated Skills in English (ISE) is a test of the four skills. This is intended for young people and adults - school, college or university age groups. It is also suitable for teachers and adults who require an English language qualification. Trinity qualifies as a Secure English Language Test (SELT) for UKVI immigration purposes. In addition it is accepted as a proof of B1 level for TFL private hire/ taxi drivers. ISE is a test of students’ ability to interact in English authentically through the use of integrated reading, writing, speaking and listening tasks. Preparing for this exam builds meaningful, everyday English skills which are transferable transferable to academic study and the workplace. This exam can be taken at 5 levels from A2 to C2 on the Common European Framework (CEFR), so students of all levels can take an ISE exam. There are five levels that you can take:
- ISE Foundation (A2)
- ISE I (B1)
- ISE II (B2)
- ISE III (C1)
- ISE IV (C2)
